A native French Canadian, Lynn Tardif has made her mark in the Southern California fitness industry. She is a dynamic instructor and trainer who is known for her high energy and wide range of teaching styles. Lynn holds various certifications: : 200-Hour RYT, Spin (Schwinn, Matrix, Mad Dogg), TRX, ACE & AFAA Certified Personal Trainer, Cross Fit, Pound Master Trainer, and Kettlebell Certification. In addition, she has a BA in Finance, and a Master’s in Accounting with a certificate in teaching Spanish.
Having spent the last decade studying, practicing, and teaching many modalities (yoga, cycling, swimming, strength, TRX) she has created her own style of training
customized to her clients’ special profiles and strengths. Lynn loves to help her clients rediscover their fitness potential at any age. Whether it’s her restorative based yoga class focusing on strengthening the core and spine while maintaining stillness, her interval-style total body core strength and balance sculpt class, her road, and rhythm-based spin class, or a customized training session- Lynn is sure to safely push you to get out of your comfort zone and achieve your best.
Having lived in 5 countries she has instructed fitness classes at many prestigious clubs worldwide.
Fun fact: Lynn is a triathlete and has completed an Ironman, over 10 half Ironmans, And is fluent in 3 languages. She also has 2 daughters, Alix and Soleil.
