Nestled between the Casitas and Olive Groves, our Culinary Garden, headed up by Master Gardener Nora Mitchell and Executive Chef Josh Holt, focuses on bringing hyper-seasonal produce to our Food and Beverage program, along with culinary classes for all chefs, cultured or aspiring, and all ages welcome! Whether it is heirloom tomatoes for a gazpacho, borage flowers to adorn a simple salad or chili peppers for an infused spicy margarita recipe, we aim to highlight the very best our climate has to offer.
