THE CULINARY GARDEN
Nestled between the Casitas and Olive Groves, our Culinary Garden, headed up by Master Gardener Nora Mitchell, focuses on bringing hyper-seasonal produce to our Food and Beverage program. Whether it is heirloom tomatoes for a gazpacho, borage flowers to adorn a simple salad or chili peppers for an infused spicy margarita recipe, we aim to highlight the very best our climate has to offer.
Join us in the garden every Friday afternoon for a fresh glass of delicious before you make your way to the Pony Room for dinner. Come see what is growing and enjoy an opportunity to meet other guests on the property whilst sipping a sundowner under the olive trees.
