Chef Brian Redzikowski — the mastermind behind beloved San Diego institutions the Michelin bib Gourmand Kettner Exchange, The Waverly, and Vin de Syrah, among just a few — brings bold creativity and globally inspired flavor to every experience he touches, and Rancho Valencia is thrilled to welcome him to our Culinary Garden on Thursday, May 28th at 6:00pm.  Live music, welcome cocktails, and paired wines will accompany this extraordinary event. 
As Executive Chef and Partner at Kettner Exchange and Corporate Executive Chef for SDCM, Redzikowski drives the culinary vision across a portfolio of standout concepts, shaping some of the city’s most dynamic dining destinations.
A graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, his career spans some of the world’s most celebrated kitchens, including Le Cirque, Nobu Aspen, and the three-Michelin-starred Joël Robuchon in Las Vegas.  Redzikowski has also competed on Iron Chef America, cooked at the James Beard House, and earned top honors including Grand Cochon champion.
