With a background in both volleyball and boxing, Dacey brings a dynamic blend of athleticism and passion to every training session. A former collegiate volleyball player and a dedicated boxer for over ten years, she’s developed a deep understanding of both competitive sports and the discipline required to excel in them.

Dacey’s journey into personal training began with a desire to help others feel stronger, more confident, and empowered in their own bodies. Certified through NASM since November 2022, she specializes in functional strength training tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Previously a Tier 3 trainer at BXNG Club and a coach at Title Boxing Club for two years, as well as a trainer at Bomber Squad Boxing Academy, she has gained valuable experience in both personal and group training environments. One of her greatest joys is teaching boxing fundamentals and holding mitts, making each session both engaging and empowering.

Known for building strong client relationships, Dacey creates a fun, encouraging, and motivating atmosphere. Whether you’re training to get stronger, improve your mindset, or simply have a good time while breaking a sweat, her sessions are designed to help you feel your best both inside and out.
