Join us for our first Chef Series dinner of the year, set beneath the olive trees in Rancho Valencia’s enchanting Culinary Garden.

We are honored to welcome Chef Roberto Alcocer, the visionary behind the acclaimed Michelin-starred restaurant Valle. Known for his refined interpretation of modern Mexican cuisine, Chef Alcocer brings his passion for craftsmanship, regional heritage, and bold flavor to this unforgettable open-air dining experience.

The evening begins with a one-hour reception featuring signature Valle cocktails, thoughtfully curated wines and small bites with accompanying live music. Guests will then be seated for a beautiful four-course plated dinner, artfully presented beneath a twinkling canopy of lights.
