Join Chef Drew Deckman for a magical culinary experience under the twinkling lights and olive trees in The Garden at Rancho Valencia. Chef Deckman, whose iconic, sustainable restaurant, Deckman’s En Mogor, elevated the culinary experience of the Valle de Guadalupe to new levels, will create a delectable, plated, multi-course dinner in collaboration with Chefs Emiliano Safa and Chris Gentile of Rancho Valencia, using the best, locally-sourced and sustainably fished and farmed ingredients of San Diego/Baja region.
The dinner will be paired in perfect harmony with Drew’s favorite Baja wines, Hugo D’Acosta’s Paralelo and Casa de Piedra of Valle de Guadalupe.
We are also delighted to welcome back “one of the nation’s most innovative trumpeters”, Gilbert Castellanos and his trio to add a beautiful soundtrack to this evening. We look forward to hosting you for yet another unforgettable epicurean experience at Rancho Valencia Resort.
