Brea is passionate about creating a class environment that allows for and empowers her students to create their own internal freedom through asana, strength training, breath-work, and meditation. She believes that movement and intentional breathing can help to release distractions of the mind and allow the experience of necessary stillness.
Brea teaches a physically challenging yet simple and grounding class. She strives to teach from a place of love-kindness, strength, humor, compassion, and self-care. She hopes that through the practice, her students can connect to their personal power center and truth which is always rooted in love.
Brea has been teaching yoga for ten years and has completed trainings with education in Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Anusara, Iyengar yoga, and has led multiple teacher trainings and workshops. She started an organization called “Service & Savasana,” where she organizes yoga class events to raise money for different charities. In addition to yoga, she works as a certified Reiki energy healer, Akashic Records reader, and meditation teacher.
